Warranty Policy

Mullins Renovations P.C. hereby grants a two year Limited warranty on all work. Our limited warranty is such:  we offer a  two-year warranty for all renovations and remodeling guaranteeing that any issues or defects in the work will be fixed within two years of completion, at no additional cost. This warranty provides homeowners or businesses with peace of mind, ensuring that the renovations are durable and the quality is upheld.

“We commit to prepare and repair any paint lifting or loose wallcovering occurred in this period as long as it has not been caused by external factors such as water damage, previous contractor’s work and/or accidents to your home, etc. (Peeling to bare wood is usually indicative of previous contractors work.)”

 

We believe that the overall life of your paint job could be extended by as much as two to three years if properly maintained at the end of the warrant, we could be happy to provide an estimate for any additional maintenance work requested.
